Power Clean Progression

Breaking down the power clean into 3 steps.

This video breaks down the power clean into 2 moves: the dead lift and the hanging clean. Then puts the two moves together for the power clean. 

Always focus on form. Use slow and controlled movements. Do not rush through the move, this can create injury. 

If you are a beginner use the bar only or very light weight as you get comfortable with the movements. Once you feel confident in your movements then begin to add heavier weights.
