Mobility Workout

Hip and Lower Back Mobility Workout

Move your joints through specific ranges of motions to loosen the hips and strengthen the lower back. Mobility workouts are great for in between lifting days to help the body recover and relief stiffness.

Workout Instructions:

Perform Each move for 45 seconds.

Rest 15 seconds in between.

Move through the motions with intention.

 

1. Plank Rotations
2. High Knee to reaching Back Lunge
3. Super Mans
4. Deep Sumo Squats
5. Baseball Catcher Step Ups
6. Duck Walks
