Grab a KB and lets move 💪

Flow from one exercise to the other after completing number of reps:

Today's moves:

1. 2 Arm swings 12x

2. Hand off Swings 12x

3. Squat to Press 12x

4. Pass under Lunge to Row 12x

Repeat 3 - 6x or until you've gotten a good sweat in! 😁
