Thank you for downloading the 25 Day Christmas Fitness Challenge! I know this is a busy time of year and it can be hard to find the time to workout. This is why I created this simple yet effective Fitness Challenge to help you stay fit and active during the Holidays, while also helping you count down till Christmas Day!

There is no equipment needed (except a timer, which most of us have on our phones! ) Weights are optional, otherwise your body weight will do just fine!

If you want to take your workout to the next level add weights or resistance bands to your workouts!

This is a 24 day challenge with no real rest days. Instead of complete rest days, there are active rest days built in. Use these days to just get up and move without over doing it. Walking jogging,or hiking are great rest day activities.

This challenge consists of only 5 basic moves using a progressive pattern, increasing each day in repetitions or time. This will give you time to perfect your form of these these basic moves while building a super strong foundation physically and mentally.

MOVES & INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Plank Hold - High or Low
  2. Squats - Weights or Loops Optional
  3. Pushups - Video has modifications
  4. Alternating Back Lunge - Weights Optional
  5. Jumping Jacks - or Step Outs
